As a DVLA registered number plate supplier (43997) we legally require the ID from the person requested (The purchaser of the order) so that we can despatch your number plates. Please supply us with a photograph/scan of ONE of the following forms of ID:-

• - Front of your Full Driving licence. (Please note we CANNOT accept the counterpart (D740) of a new style driving licence as the document is no longer valid)
• - Full page Passport
• - Full page Bank or building society debit or credit card statement
• - Full page Utility bill (water, gas, electricity or Landline telephone bill)
• - Full page Council tax bill
